MCA is alerting customers to a Microsoft mandated obsolescence of Office 2013 connecting to Office 365. On October 13, 2020, Office 365 will stop supporting connections from Office 2013 products. In response, MCA recommends upgrading any legacy Office products with an Office 365 subscription to ensure software suites remain up to date. For existing Office 365 customers, this is an easy upgrade and can be quickly handled by our help desk.
