MCA Support Center Ribbon Cutting
On October 28, 2019, MCA officially opened an additional building on our Chattanooga technology campus. The MCA Support Center is a showcase of technical talent, bringing local help desk support to the MCA customer base. Over the past three years, the MCA help desk has grown at an exponential rate leading Mike Collins, president of MCA, to purchase the 11,000 sq ft building adjacent to the MCA headquarters in the Bonny Oaks Industrial Park.
The MCA support center houses over 30 help desk technicians supporting MCA’s multi-tenant, branded, and dedicated help desk customers. MCA’s help desk teams provide 24×7 support with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 engineers. The new building also houses a new cutting-edge, dedicated Network Operations Center.
Supporting the current customer base and anticipating future demand, the new building will allow MCA to expand its workforce of 95+ employees.
