General Return Information

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact your sales representative or call 800-347-6950 for all returns. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. All returned items must be received by MCA within 10 days of the approved RMA date.

MCA will review your request for authorization and issue an RMA number upon approval. Please note that your request will be subject to approval based on the following guidelines.

Defective Items

All defective items (including Dead on Arrival) will be repaired, replaced or credited per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.  Items accepted for replacement will be shipped back to the customer via ground service at MCA’s expense. Any upgrade in shipping will be at the customer’s expense.  MCA will cover the return shipping costs on defective items.

Non-defective Items

All non-defective items are accepted at MCA’s discretion. All non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. All non-defective items must be in original, unopened packaging.  The customer will be responsible for the return freight.

Integrated/Configured Items

All items integrated or configured for a customer by MCA are not returnable. In addition, the customer agrees that once MCA is asked to integrate or configure an item the customer assumes responsibility for that item.

Customer-induced Damage

All items with customer-induced damage are not returnable.

Returns Requirements

All returned items must include all of the original packaging material, including any electrostatic discharge packaging. If the original packaging materials are not available, the customer must provide appropriate packaging to eliminate any damage during shipping. All items must include all accessories unless prior approval from MCA has been given. All non-defective items authorized for return must be shipped to the place designated by MCA at the customer’s expense via traceable and insured methods. All items returned must include the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label.

Shipping Damage

If a product arrives with visible damage to the packaging, MCA recommends that the customer refuse delivery. The carrier will then be responsible for returning the package to the shipper. If the customer accepts delivery of damaged packages or discovers internal damage upon opening the package, the customer must contact your sales representative or call 800-347-6950 immediately.

Residential and Uninsured Shipments

Due to COVID19, signatures are no longer being required by carriers for residential deliveries. Any lost or mis-delivered packages that were drop-shipped to a residential address without insurance will be the sole responsibility of the customer. MCA will not reimburse the cost of the lost packages unless they are shipped by MCA, with the insurance fee applied. MCA must know at the time of order that a customer requires residential delivery with insurance.

Additional Information

If items need to be returned due to an error on MCA’s part, MCA will pay one-way shipping charges for the specified items.

Please note that certain items (e.g., software) are not returnable per manufacturers’ policies. Other terms and conditions may apply.

All goods are quoted as FOB Shipping Point and the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.
