MCA’s After Hours TSR position is responsible for addressing afterhours customer-facing support calls while ensuring maximum uptime to monitored services and assets. The TSR position interfaces with numerous associates of contract MCA customers to assess support need, gather and document required incident information, resolve incidents, and properly route unresolvable incidents to appropriate on call resources. This position may also be responsible for preventative maintenance tasks, software upgrades, and security patching and remediation.
Weekend only and weeknight only positions available!
Position: Technical Services Representative – Helpdesk
Location: Chattanooga, TN
The MCA Technical Services Representative (TSR) is responsible for addressing customer-facing service calls and ensuring support contract SLA’s. The TSR interfaces with customers to resolve TIER 1 related issues, assess support need, gather additional information, and escalate tickets as necessary. The TSR may also handle preventive maintenance tasks, patch management, documentation, and helpdesk tasks as assigned by direct supervisor or TSR lead.
