MCA is proud to launch the new Customer Portal effective August 1st, 2008. Our new customer
portal will provide our customers with access to many facets of our services. Services available include:
- Access to our online catalog
- Access to Service Call System to place new calls, review past history, call status, equipment history, and customized reports.
- Access to customer equipment inventory with Export capability and Asset management.
- Access to our Lifecycle Management including full access to customer LEASE information.
- Access to sales history, invoices, etc.
