Job Description: Network Sales Engineer
Chattanooga  Premier IT Services provider is seeking an experienced network engineer to provide network support and consulting services to a wide array of Nashville area customers. Tasks will include receiving and completing service calls, working face to face with customers, designing and delivering solutions, and coordinating and interacting with sales, support, and executive level staff, both internally and externally.

Desired Skills & Experience

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidate should possess at least 5 years’ experience in IT services, specializing in network design, troubleshooting, and project implementation. Candidate should also possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with sales staff and all customers to design solutions, recommend new products, and quote solution prices. Candidate should be a dynamic communicator who is effective and comfortable communicating with a variety of staff and customers, from the most tech-challenged to company’s CEO.
MCSE or MCSA certification preferred. Very strong Microsoft product line background is required, focusing, but not limited to: Active directory, Windows server, Exchange server, VMWARE and SQL server.
Virtualization and storage experience a plus.
Must have very good understanding of networks, including topologies, protocols, devices, and troubleshooting. Good understanding of network security using IDS/IPS, firewalls, vulnerability assessment, and best practices. Storage (SAN), Citrix, and virtualization experience a plus. Must be able to work as part of a team and be a motivated individual.

During the month of December, Adam had 6 service call surveys from customers with a rating of ‘Completely Satisfied’. Great Job Adam!

I nominate Adam for Awesome employee, network side, and Dennis, sales rep side. On Friday the 23rd, on a day off that Mike has given us off in honor of Jesus’ birthday, they were both at the ready to provide service to a customer. Virginia at NMH Credit Union had an error messages on her PC. It needed to be answered so she could get out a critical report. Within minutes of an email from Dennis, Adam had called her and dealt with the issue. Awesome example of  customer service, no matter what day or time! Ken Young
